We are seeking a dynamic and driven Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the online presence of SALVé. This includes managing social media accounts, creating and publishing engaging content, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry partners.

This includes managing social media accounts, creating and publishing engaging content, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry partners. They should be comfortable working remotely and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the online presence of SALVé including social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Create and publish engaging, relevant, and consistent content on social media and other online platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media and other online platforms
  • Analyze and report on social media and website traffic and engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Comfortable working remotely and able to work effectively as part of a team
