As a Business Development Representative at our company, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales through a variety of methods, including outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and cultivate potential new customers, build and maintain relationships with clients, and understand their needs in order to effectively sell our products and services.
Job responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Understand the needs of clients and effectively sell our products and services to meet those needs
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Proficiency with sales tools and software (e.g. CRM)
